Brand equity and marketing…

For small businesses and solo practitioners, brand equity is almost all we have in terms of customer experience.

But how to get it and keep can be a challenge when you also have to do or make the thing it is your business is known for–in my case, writing. This article on MarketingProfs gives five steps towards achieving brand equity for small businesses.

Maybe I’m doing it all wrong, but it always seems like there’s some cool marketing thing I should be doing that I’m not (because I couldn’t find the time).

Sometimes I think I don’t know how to find a good blog. Especially on those days when I search or go chasing links and don’t find any blogs or posts that inspire me.

Then I find a new blog, a new post, or a new idea that hits home or makes me smile and reminds me that there are, in fact, good ones out there.
