The cure for cancer

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007

At a recent networking event I had an interesting conversation, with an interesting gentleman.

Imagine you have the cure for cancer–all types of cancer, at any stage. What would you do? Well…you would ask everyone you know if they had cancer. And if they said no, you would ask them if they know anyone who had cancer. Once you identified who needed your cure, you would provide them with it. Pretty simple, isn’t it.

It started me thinking about networking, marketing, value propositions.

Is your message that straightforward? Is your solution that easy to explain? Is the value of your product or service that easy to see? Why not?
